2.1 Meeting Schedule
- First Wednesday of the Month: Open to all inventors, featuring a keynote speaker and networking opportunities.
- Third Wednesday of the Month: Members-only think tank sessions, providing hands-on support for invention development.
2.2 Participation
- Attendees must follow professional and respectful conduct during meetings.
- Members and non-members are responsible for the information they share in meetings, and IAA is not liable for confidentiality breaches (see Section 6).
- IAA reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms or disrupts events.
3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- IAA does not provide Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and cannot guarantee the confidentiality of ideas shared during meetings.
- It is your responsibility to protect your intellectual property before discussing it publicly.
- We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for patent and intellectual property protection.
4. No Guarantees or Warranties
- IAA makes no guarantees regarding the success, profitability, or marketability of any invention, product, or service.
- Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including individual effort, market conditions, and legal processes.
- Any reliance on the information provided by IAA, its board members, or guest speakers is at your own risk.
